MEIL conducts operations in more than 15 Indian states. In the last 5 years, the company's presence has multiplied across Indian states and has crossed continents. The company is staffed with more than 7000 employees to support its day-to-day functions across the length and breadth of the country. With its ever-increasing presence in the Indian infra arena, the HR team is constantly on war-footing to recruit and train the best talent in the industry. The team has been continuously adding about 2500-3000 employees every year through various campus drives and recruitment events.

The management's recruitment policy is to hire talent that can easily adapt to MEIL's work culture while imbibing the values of the company. MEIL boasts of a diverse workforce comprising of engineers (of multiple disciplines), project managers, management trainees and other apprentices, who are ably supported by specialized personnel from HR, procurement, finance and legal streams. After the recruitment procedure, the new hires are trained and groomed extensively in best industry practices. Such training & development is an ongoing process to ensure that the process paves way for the next line of managers and leaders.
